So I've got these tickets

to a Firefighters' benefit concert in November. The Loving Spoonful and Rick Derringer. Might be fun. If I can find someone to go with because I won't even go see a movie I really want to see if I have to go alone. I am considering asking the woman I took to the last concert I went to, two years ago, but we haven't really kept in touch. I don't even know if she's involved with anyone these days. I've really gotta brush up on my social skills.

Still, the concert sounds like fun. The last one, with the Beatles impersonators was pretty good. If only I could remember how to have fun. (That's what the other person is for when I go out - they get into it and have fun, I enjoy watching them have fun.) Bill Cosby and Jeff Foxworthy are about the only people who can make me laugh out loud.
