Phone Upgrade

Just the phone itself - still the same number, still the same cheapest available plan. As long as I resist the siren call of apps and web-browsing. My old phone, no longer available, just had voice and text and a couple of basic apps that came with the phone. I could not download any new ones. Which was just fine. It served me well for four or five years. New phone has a touchscreen which will take some getting used to. Thus do I inch into the 21st century.

Congrats? Watch out for data-rate issues, of course. (And if it's an Android, watch out for Malware. A lot of the stuff on the Google-store... isn't well-curated, from what spouse hears. But if you follow links from reputable pages, you could probably get Kindle app and whatnot.)

Not planning on doing apps much. It's not an Android, it's an LG el-cheepo.I might grab some ringtones. Maybe a couple of games.
