The Day After

So I'm 45 now. Must remember to update web-pages and such. Nothing big on my birthday. My kids got me new sneakers and a bus ticket to Boston so I can go to Arisia this weekend. And we had KFC last night because I've been craving fast food lately. Yummy! Tomorrow I go back to work. Actually, it's what the mucky-mucks call a "training day." We listen to a bunch of speeches about how great we are and watch films about customer service and do those stupid "team-building" games. Crap was, crap is and crap ever shall be.

But for today, my only task is calling a junkyard to tow away Amanda's old VW to make room in the driveway. Other than that, it's playing on the computer. The same as I've been doing all vacation. A little Runescape, some Anarchy Online and maybe catching up a bit on Sluggy Freelance.
