Aug. 7th, 2007 04:11 pmTonight, I am going to attempt to cook beef burgundy. Maybe I'm getting adventurous in my old age. Nah, I just love the smell of it as it cooks. Reminds me of holiday dinners growing up.
In other news, I have next week off. I just wanted to have a stress free time to prepare for going back to my regular dining hall where I have to set up all of my stock from scratch, in different and smaller rooms. Oh, joy.
