Let it snow!

Ah, who am I kidding? This stinks. I wouldn't mind except I have to drive Alex to work today and then pick him up. Which means going by the Mall - on the last shopping weekend before Christmas - in a snowstorm! I'm thinking of just hanging out at the mall while he's at work so I only have to do one round trip. How to spend six hours at a mall when my Christmas shopping is all done?

On the other hand, my Christmas shopping is all done. While I might pick up some odds and ends, the stress part is over. Except for Christmas dinner. Could use a few more things there. Must ask folks what they want. Maybe make some baklava and peanut evils.

Anime

As I've mentioned before, I'm watching a lot of anime online these days. Because TV sucks. I'm well into Ranma 1/2 and up to date on Inuyasha and Bleach. I watched every bit of Clannad last week - both seasons, the special episodes and the movie. I must say, the second to last episode was about the saddest thing I've seen since Grave of the Fireflies. Perhaps my liking these sappy romantic animes is odd, but there it is. I'm just turning into a sentimental old man.
