Another Milestone
Jul. 25th, 2013 04:30 pmAlexander just passed his road test and is now a (provisionally) licensed driver. Of course, what with terrorists and such, security concerns now require new drivers to wait 45 to 60 days for their real license card.
Does it take much longer than that to get a high level security clearance? I'm a bit vague on my second hand experiences with such things, but I think such clearances can actually come about faster.
Anyway, once I get him on to the insurance, he will be able to solo and I will no longer have to drive him everywhere. I am a proud and selfishly happy papa.
