Moving Day - almost finale

Well, the moving is actually finished, but the cleanup is not. Fortunately the signing on the house got delayed. It was supposed to be today but someone on the other side forgot to touch second base so legalities. That's what they get for complicating things (forming an LLC to buy my half of the duplex. They are going to rent out both sides, having moved elsewhere already.)

Anyway, it gives me more time to get all of my junk out and maybe manage to leave the place "broom clean" as specified in the sales agreement. Moving is complicated and expensive.
