Today should be quiet.

For me at least. Barring calls from every candidate's local machine. This has been the most intrusive primary ever. Dozens of phone calls, piles of junk mails, door to door work, if the local Mormon missionaries hadn't made themselves familiar in the area beforehand they'd have been mistaken for political volunteers. As it is, I bet they've been getting comments about Mitt Romney.

So tomorrow is the climax of the circus and then it goes away until after the conventions.
And wednesday I have to drive Eric to the VA hospital in Manchester for his medical evaluation. He then has to go again next week to be evaluated for disability. I don't know how he's getting there then since I'll finally be back at work on the very day of his appointment.

I look forward to the quiet. I also look forward to returning to work. Which reminds me that there's a bit of a project I had intended to do over vacation which I still haven't done. Plenty of time.

I don't know the time of the second appointment. Unfortunately, he doesn't have his license yet - in fact, he hasn't even learned to drive yet or I would lend him my car.

He does plan to learn to drive soon. Like when he can afford gas money so I can take him out driving.
