It's Still Snowing

Looks like we got about six inches overnight and there's still flakes drifting down. Fortunately, it's very light, powdery stuff since I'm still recovering from tennis elbow in my left arm, Alex is recovering from tendonitis in his right arm and Eric's right hip (which the VA doctors declined a specific diagnosis for) is still bothering him to varying degrees on a daily basis.
Not that this keeps me from shoveling, but none of us should be doing much heavy work. So as I said, it's a good thing the snow's not heavy.
Eric got to drive home from work last night through his first big snow. I took him out after the small storm last weekend to make sure he understood the basics of winter driving, and as long as he doesn't go far, he should be okay.
At least it finally looks like winter/holiday season out there now. I have a hard enough time getting into any sort of holiday mood without the world looking like fall or even early spring.
