Dropped in at the health club

Needed to schedule my free one hour session with a personal trainer. Which will be on Friday. While I was there, I tried out one of the bikes. What the heck, I've ridden bikes my entire life, right?
Yeah, but it's been a couple of years since I had a working bike, and even when I did, I just toured around, not trying to exercise so much. It's ridiculously easy to raise a sweat and my heart rate (didn't have a monitor on, so I don't know how much I raised it). Would have stuck to it longer but my knee is acting up today. Of course, it's never good, but a couple of virtual miles at a moderate rate should not have hurt so much that I had to stop. Still, that's one of the things I'm hoping to improve with exercise.
Seems like a relaxed, friendly place. I might get to like this. If it ever stops hurting. Unless I get to liking that!
