Some Days Are Better

and some days are worse. Today was a middling day, painwise. Yesterday, I had to leave work early. It's so easy to overdo things. Pick up a couple boxes that are a little too heavy, or a few too many boxes, or bend down too much. I'm not used to these severe restrictions on my activity. I can't wait until this thing gets repaired.
