There's no sign of nerve damage in my ears, so the problem is ... whatever. I have tinnitus and no one's really sure why or what to do about it, but try these lipo-flavinoid pills for a while and let me know if they help or not - I'm doing a little study.

Right. Great. About what I expected, really, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't something ominous like a tumor or alien implant or something.

My blood pressure is actually excellent. Maybe 150/80-90 last check a couple of weeks ago.

As for the doctor ... he does look suspiciously like George Cluny whom I've never trusted.

I have a mild tinnitus that arose from month long course of Cipro. Some antibiotics will damage the cilia.

I've recently begun to wonder if my hearing loss, which dates back as far as I can recall, might stem from my bout of rubella back in grade school. And the tinnitus might then be an extension of that - progressive deterioration.

There was a Rubella epidemic in the 1960s and a rise in children with hearing loss or deafness born from parents who contracted the disease. Rubella in children can cause hearing damage too, so yes, it could have been the cause.
